Engineers will often call for helical piers to prevent further foundation movement. These systems are commonly used for foundation stabilization, foundation settlement correction, and soil support. There are multiple options for stabilizing your foundation, and our goal is to help you find the most cost-effective repair.
Foundation damp proofing and foundation drains are put in place to prevent water from getting into basements or crawlspaces. The best method for preventing water intrusion is proper grading around the building — this directs the water away from the building. Gutters should daylight as far from the house as possible. We specialize in foundation drainage solutions, water intrusion prevention, and crawlspace moisture protection.
When possible, foundation walls can be repaired from the inside. This includes bracing of cracks, crack injection, structural wall repair, vapor barrier installation, and many more engineer-specified repairs. Interior structural corrections allow us to address foundation wall movement and basement wall cracks with minimal disruption.
Engineers are always brought in to ensure the best approach is taken depending on the condition of each foundation and building we encounter.
When your foundation is inadequate or is failing beyond repair, we can come in and replace portions of your foundation or, when required, replace your entire foundation.

Foundation replacements are a great way to ensure your home is safe for decades to come!
The best foundation repair method depends on the type of foundation, the severity of the damage.
This is why we work with a variety of 3rd party engineers to ensure you’re getting the most appropriate repair for your situation.
Foundations can be unrepairable to the point where we need to replace it. That is what we specialize in is the full foundation replacement. A full foundation replacement would entail coming in and disconnecting utilities and getting underneath the house and lifting it up, and then either replacing the foundation with a crawl space or replacing it with a full height basement.
The extent of the work determines how long the project will take. Smaller repairs can take 1-2 days where as larger more complex repairs can take multiple weeks.
Our preferred method is helical piers, but you don’t always have the option to use helical piers. The simple answer is our preferred method is the one the engineer designs which will provide you with a lasting product at the most affordable cost possible.
